When someone asks what we do at GoBig its fair if we say we like solving problems. Taking strategies and processes apart, seeing how they work and putting them back together, better and BIGGER.

Its even more tempting to say that we helping to transform the world’s great companies into sharper, smarter, better versions of themselves. It’s true; our mission is to help management teams create such high levels of economic value that together we redefine our respective industries.

Dominik Grbec is the founder of the company GoBiG and conceptual leader of the project “develop”, whose big part is also Group GoBiG. His main experience lies in executive leadership, managing the field of sales, marketing and PR for global, consumer‐based FMCG brands with knowledge of multichannel approach for high‐listed products.
During his career he had an opportunity to work for and with multi‐brand companies such as Orbico, Žito, P&G, Heinz, Bavaria, Nestle and in multi-channel group - Studio Moderna, always putting customer in the focus of everything, nevertheless sales or marketing.
While much of his experience has been in the sales, marketing and advertisement, he always emphases the importance of the consumer/customer behavior in all segments of the trade. His areas of expertise are beside sales, marketing and management, connected to

delivering volume & EBITDA, stock management, new product development, analysis and research (KPI, ROI, MROI) and penetration plans with targeting for new distribution and sales possibilities. Before founding GoBiG, his recent role was a Sales Director in one of the biggest Slovenian producer, Žito d.d.

Romana King is an expert in the field of marketing and sales in tourism and at the same time extremely charismatic lecturer. After graduating in economics and tourism she joined the travel agency, but soon after the birth of daughter she moved to sales. For more than a decade she leads the fair projects for various companies at the Celje Fair. Her background and knowledge from the field of marketing and events management come from the cooperation with various companies, including one of the most successful, award-winning company, Plastic Skaza. Now for more than eight years she is lecturing “Sales in Tourism” in few different Colleagues where she shares her wealth of experience in sales and marketing with her students.

She enjoys communication and networking, which she especially use in the search and creation of new business opportunities, motivation of teams and creating effective sales scenarios for marketers and salesman.
